About us

Born from a problem we saw every day

For years I worked as a fibre-optic installation technician on the Costa Blanca. At many properties it was almost impossible to book a time with whoever held the keys, so we ended up having to call the owner, who was living outside Spain. And when the keys did turn up, they were kept in drawers with numbers that never changed.

As a smart home specialist, I knew there are now affordable solutions for all of this. That is how Keep & Care was born: one team for keyholding, cleaning, smart home technology and small repairs, that responds quickly and keeps you informed in your language.

Questions owners often ask

Do I need to be in Spain to sign up?

No. You can arrange everything by WhatsApp and email. If you can’t come over, we do the first visit by video call.

How do you store my keys?

Each key is stored under a code, never with the address, so no one can link it to your home.

Do you install cameras inside the property?

No. We only fit cameras and video doorbells outside, at the entrance or on the façade, and guests are always told about them. That keeps you within data protection law and Airbnb and Booking.com rules.

Do you work around my Airbnb or Booking.com bookings?

Yes. We connect your booking calendar and schedule a clean automatically after every check-out.

What if there’s an emergency?

Message us on WhatsApp. We reply the same day and, if needed, go round to the house.
